Vetlab is pleased to announce the appointment of Kris Alchian as the new General Manager for Vetlab Sterile. Last month Vetlab announced plans to build a new $10 million state-of- the-art manufacturing facility for Category 1 animal health sterile products. Kris will be responsible for the implementation of the new facility as well as validation and certification of the facility by APVMA.

Kris joins Vetlab with over 30 years of quality assurance and operations management experience. He has been responsible for establishing, managing, and growing several multi-million dollar manufacturing plants, notably in veterinary pharmaceuticals.Kris has worked with multinational companies in manufacturing veterinary vaccines and veterinary reproductive hormones. Kris also has extensive experience with APVMA, TGA and other GMP requirements.
